Ruth is a skilled Permanent Makeup artist located in the vibrant city of Vancouver, British Columbia. With a strong passion for beauty and esthetics, her mission has always been to enhance the confidence and natural beauty of those around her. In December of 2023, she began her journey by founding Spark Beauty Room, a space where individuals can discover their unique beauty potential through meticulous artistry and care.
